This is my absolute favourite burger of all time. The bun is toasted crispy and complements the soft patty so well. The patty - oh my god - it melts in your mouth. It is perfectly seasoned - just the right amount of salt. The sauce is simple and tasty.

Another simple yet perfectly executed chicken burger. The chicken piece was massive and the sauce was magnificent.

🍔🍔🍔 Mary’s 🍔🍔🍔 Burg-week rolls into day two with an absolute classic! The Mary’s Burger. There isn’t a lot left to say about a burger of such caliber. Arguably, the best patties in the City bar none. The sauce is to die for and a burger I would always recommend to fellow burger aficionados. My suggestion, always double down on the patties! Unfortunately, had to get a takeaway this time so missed enjoying the crazy place but will always be back when in Sydney.

🐮Beef patty 🧀Cheese 🍅Tomato 🥬Lettuce ⚪Onion 💦Special sauce In a feeble attempt to lose some weight and save $9, I opted for a single. Safe to say that after years of doubling meat and cheese and adding bacon, it wasn't enough. It was still a sexy burger, but just like with sexy times, it's better to enjoy twice as much of it - you're going to end up cleaning sauce off yourself anyway.

🐮2x Beef patty 🧀2x Cheese 🍅Tomato 🥬Lettuce ⚪Onion 🧙🏻♀️Special sauce +🥓Bacon This was for my fourth consecutive year having a Mary's Burger birthday dinner a few weeks ago. My most recent trip had been my first bitterly disappointing Mary's outing ever so it was with trepidation I went back. Thankfully, all was as dark and unholy as it was meant to be. Very close to perfection. One day, one of the cosmic angels that jizzes out that glorious sauce is going to inadvertently snort some glitter or squirt some diamonds, or something miraculous, and I'll get my unicorn. 💦
