🥒Pickles 🥗Lettuce 🍅Tomato 🐮Beef Patty 🧀Cheese ✔Burger Sauce Bacon (courtesy of TBC) One of the many good things about TBC is uncovering pubs that do great burgers, I ordered a simple cheeseburger but was blown away, patty was juicy and pink, bacon crispy af, sauce was evenly spread throughout, all with a pint of Young Henrys This is a spacious pub with a nice beer garden so the atmosphere is unrivalled, really enjoyable cheeseburger.

🍔🍔 12hr Smoked Brisket Burger 🍔🍔 This was a burger on the menu but not on the app so my guess it's a permanent burger. 🔸 12 Hour Smoked Brisket 🔸 Coleslaw 🔸 Pickles 🔸 House Made BBQ Sauce 🔸 Bacon (add on with the app) 🔹 Served with fries Dinner at The Erko and I went with the smoked brisket burger. The brisket was nice and soft with a smoky taste to it. The coleslaw and pickles were very delicious and worked great with the burger and the house made sauce was perfect. The bacon was nice even without being crispy the way I normally like my bacon. The fries that come with the burger were also great and went down nicely with the schooner. 🍔🍟🍺 👌
