The Motherbutter (with chips)

Been a while since I have visited C&S but I had a craving for the amazing Mother butter burger and god damn!! it was as good as I remember. Epic chicken, awesome bacon, the perfect amount of spice and the crunchiness from the tortillas Was also awesome to catch up with the man who gave me my first ever unicorn (god that sounds gay) for the first time since he escaped back to his motherland to escape all us burger nerds Chicken-Sons , it's always a pleasure mate.

When it stayed together, it was very nice to eat. Perfect with a beer. About half way though I felt sliding and the chicken had fell out the bottom with the fried batter still in the bread. One for the chilli livers though - hopefully it all stays together

🐔buttermilk fried chicken 🥓maple bacon 🥬lettuce 🍅 tomato 🧀American cheese 💦motherclucker hot sauce I wanted the special but alas they had run out. This wasn’t too bad an alternative though as it was my first time having this burg. Woah this was an epic burg. It came out flaming hot out of the fryer which was a win as I was in a rush, maybe not so good for the roof of my mouth but what the heck I demolished this in a few mins. I would’ve liked sauce directly on the chicken for some reason it was under the lettuce which was a bit strange. Despite this some sauce came through which was good. Sauce was spicy but expected more heat. Maybe it would’ve tasted stronger if the chicken wasn’t so hot temperature wise. The bacon was epic so crunchy and oh so tasty. Cheese came out unmelted but by the end it had melted which was good. This was probably the second best chicken burger I’ve had. The best being Burger Patch. Itll be interesting comparing this to Happy Endings which I’m trying on Saturday. I also need to get my head checked coz I haven’t had Hounds chicken before although I’ve only been twice.

🍗Buttermilk fried chicken 🍅Tomato 🥬Lettuce 🥓Maple bacon 🧀American cheese 🥚Motherclucker Hot Mayonnaise   I won several weeks of free burgers from Chicken n Sons, probably the only good thing to come from the final season of Game of Thrones.  Heard so many great things about the Mother Butter so went for that.  The chicken was huge, juicy and the coating so crisp, Chicken n Sons do amazing chicken and this was exactly that.  Bacon was sweet yet crispy and that hot mayo, wasn’t as hot as I would have liked but it was quite noticeable.  Salad was fresh and the cheese melted nicely in the middle.  Can see why this burger has so many rave reviews, awesome burg C&S!
