Cali Burgers Sydney

This is their Southern Fried Chicken Had to also try their chicken and they have different buns which is great if you wanna indulge in burgers but also be health conscience or just prefer different buns. Had this one with their low carb bun. Bun tasted great. The chicken was juicy and had a great crunchy coating. The sauce tasted like the Cali sauce on their beef burgers but with a very small amount of spice. Good thick cut pickles but the lettuce sort of ruined it. Would have been better to have had a crunchy slaw instead. Overall not too bad, their strength is definitely beef but with some tweaks this can be just as good.

Friday night and this place is packed and i mean packed. The line out the door was huge, wrapped around the whole parking lot. Though somehow we got a seat inside. We did have to wait a little bit to get our food but given the number of customers the burgers and sides were flowing out at an incredible pace. Probably one of the best non smashed patty burger I've had in a while, as of late when it hasn't been smashed it's been below average but this, this was awesome. Super moist, not dry at all and packing great flavour! Nice thick cut pickles with a generous amount of their Cali Sauce on a beautifully toasted brioche bun. Wish i added bacon as that is all it really need. Overall a very solid burger, and I can see why they're so popular. Also they do serve alcohol and have some amazing thick shakes 🤤

Kept the burger stock standard cause I never been here before, was absolutely delicious. Will definitely be back for another burger

Had my fav the L.A.X burger. It is always good but this time was exceptional. After travelling home 20 mins the burger was as if was just off the grill. The bun was warm and fluffy. The pattie is well seasoned and cooked to perfection. The onion rings maintained their integrity and were crunchy til the last bite. Then you have the hit of jalepino, and the crunch of lettuce. Simply put as close to perfection in a burger as possible

At a Christian conference at Hoxton Park this week so a chance to grab another burger from Cali. First time trying their chicken burger, this one with hot BBQ sauce which didn't hit right...no spice kick, no tang, just meh. Cos lettuce also isn't my first pick for green on burgers...no green is preferred haha. Everything else is solid, delish fried chicken that tears off nicely, they pack everything in that 'in-and-out' style foil wrapping and it holds the burger in from start to finish with no mess :-)

You can't go wrong with Cali burgers, the double is just the right amount for lunch and while the lettuce is a tad too much, the cheese melt and sauce kicks in and you're in burger-heaven for awhile :-)

I'm so glad these guys are open for lunch again :-) Felt like a double, no regrets. Juicy patty, melted cheese and plenty of Cali sauce. Keep that foil on cos things get messy towards the end haha. Just solid beefy goodness that goes down smooth.

I wanted an afternoon snack, so I opted for the simple Cali...what I got was almost a meal, packed neatly with those fresh toppings and a beef patty that smacks of favour. The cali sauce makes this go down easy. Only room for improvement is the bun, feels a bit dense and dare I say...wholemeal? It needs to be lighter and fluffy. Not a deal-breaker though, this place is legit a gem in the greater South-West of Sydney
