The Infamous Primo

Jalapenos pack more heat than most other places. Felt too greasy but still fairly tasty. Needed the sauce to do more. Kind of like a ferris burger and goodtime burguers mix.

This is the burger that started it all for me really. I was a little apprehensive about going to Annandale after my last couple of experiences there but glad I did. I love the combination of ingredients in the Primo, the sauce and jalapenos kick ass and the dual patties is my sweet spot on the satisfaction scale. Price had gone up but now includes fries. Next time I will try it with chicken!

🍔 The Infamous Primo at BBJ is a fond memory for me. After seeing pictures and reviews of this one, I knew what I was ordering before I walked through the door. This was a little while back and I didn’t get round to posting at the time, but I had a lingering hangover at the time. I’m not usually one for spice, but this burger had a nice kick that helped me sweat out the alcohol from the previous night 🤤 If I visit again I expect I’ll try something else, but that doesn’t mean the Infamous Primo isn’t up there for me 👍🏻

Never fails!

Marked another big one of my fatty bucket list last night. Burgers by josh's Infamous Primo! Double Wagyu Beef, double American Cheese, Bacon, Onion Rings, Tomato, Lettuce, Pickled Jalapenos, Topped with our Special Primo Sauce finished on a Potato Bun. 👌🏻💯 I can't honestly say it's my all time favourite Burger or even my favourite in Sydney, but was still an amazing fest for the palate and I'll definitely be going back to try some of the others as well as some promo Burgers (Still super bummed about missing the Harley Quinn burger last year). Thank you Josh, now onward to more delicious adventures. (Starts rascal scooter)

Our first trip to Burgers By Josh and the burgers were nothing short of satisfying after the one hour drive - worth every minute. I ordered their biggest burger and added the spicy fried chicken fillet, huge piece of juicy delicious chicken with a perfect crunch. The jalapeños add a lovely refreshing hit, the slightly pink patties are tasty and moist. The addition of chicken did not take away from any of the other flavours, though I did have to adopt the top-bottom-middle biting technique to accomodate the size. Definitely worth a drive and a try 👍

OPTIMUS PRIMO (Weekly special) I haven't had BBJ in months and to be honest i was let down with the quality of the product. The first time i ever had the infamous primo i almost cried. This experience was the total opposite unfortunately. The two beef patties were burnt to a pulp (we had three burgers and all 3 were burnt) The flavours none the less were still good but I just feel like theres no care in the burger anymore
