I don’t eat pork burgers too often, whether it be pulled or a roasted belly but I’d eaten a few beef burgers already on this day. God I’m glad I did go with the pork! It was crispy, moist, fatty and all the other things that you want from pork belly. The freshness and sauce from the slaw was perfect to cut through the richness of the pork and I was one happy lad. If you want to have a dabble in pork on burgers, this a great place the start 👌🏼
