I was in surfers paradise last weekend and got some recommendations to try the burgers at @brooklyndepotsurfersparadise . When I go to a new burger joint I tend to try their standard burger to see how they go as it’s normally the best sellers! The Brooklyn Classic was very tasty though I think it was a little basic! Merely due to the size of the burger. I expected something a bit bigger, though I will come back though next time opt for the double patty! The grass fed beef patty was seasoned well which was bursting with flavours, the American cheese was on point! The depot special sauce was flavoursome and overall this could be a great burger, so next time I’ll have to double up or possibly triple up the patties

The ‘DUBYA’ bbq brisket burger 🍔 Bbq brisket Slaw Pickles Onion rings Baby Rey’s bbq sauce Honey mustard American cheese (added) Truffle mayo (added) This was one tasty burg. Perfectly constructed and oozing with flavour. Brisket was nice and juicy pickles had a great crunch to them just wish the truffle mayo had more of a kick to it. Places up here seem to love their baby Rey’s sauce too. 🍔👌🏼

The Halloween special burger and wasn't it something special. The brisket and cheese sticks worked perfectly together along with that bright sauce which somehow I managed not to get all over me.

The Brooklyn Special Sauce tastes awesome! Reminds me of a way better BigMac. If you're looking for something a lot more filling then the Depot Burger is the go! Brooklyns service never disappoints.
