Brooklyn Depot (Gold Coast)

I was in search of a tasty burger in surfers paradise so I pulled out my trusty burger app then made my way to Brooklyn depot and decided on the fuhgeddaboutit burger and let me tell you I will not forget about this burger the sweet juicy bacon melted into the thick American cheese seamlessly while the succulent spicy chilli beef added a squishy glue to the burger and don't forget the beef patty full of flavour and cooked to Perfection the was nothing to condemn on this burger only reason I leave space for improvement is because there is no perfect burger, do yourself a favour, board the next train to flavour town and get off when you reach Brooklyn depot

I was in surfers paradise last weekend and got some recommendations to try the burgers at @brooklyndepotsurfersparadise . When I go to a new burger joint I tend to try their standard burger to see how they go as it’s normally the best sellers! The Brooklyn Classic was very tasty though I think it was a little basic! Merely due to the size of the burger. I expected something a bit bigger, though I will come back though next time opt for the double patty! The grass fed beef patty was seasoned well which was bursting with flavours, the American cheese was on point! The depot special sauce was flavoursome and overall this could be a great burger, so next time I’ll have to double up or possibly triple up the patties

This beautiful burger had a very nice combination of a classic chicken burger. The sauce along with the cheese and slaw worked excellently alongside the nicely toasted bun

Overall the burger was pretty good and it has been about 2 months since I've had a burger but was definitely worth it. Few things that could of been better was the meat wasn't as tasty as others in the past and wasn't a fan of the bun but that's just me. Anyway pretty good burger and would go back again!

The ‘DUBYA’ bbq brisket burger 🍔 Bbq brisket Slaw Pickles Onion rings Baby Rey’s bbq sauce Honey mustard American cheese (added) Truffle mayo (added) This was one tasty burg. Perfectly constructed and oozing with flavour. Brisket was nice and juicy pickles had a great crunch to them just wish the truffle mayo had more of a kick to it. Places up here seem to love their baby Rey’s sauce too. 🍔👌🏼

Two beef patties Double American cheese Hickory smoked bacon Grilled pineapple Lettuce + tomato Depot special sauce Well constructed burger, didn’t fall apart at all. The pineapple worked great and added that extra bit of flavour. The sauce was great also. Patties were a bit bland but still overall a good burger especially with the free side of fries. Had a My Man milkshake which was probably one of the best shakes I’ve had in a long time!
