BL Burgers (Parramatta)

Super cheesy and super juicy. Absolutely loved it!

This was PACKED with sexy smeats but it was to its own detriment. The three cheese blend was great and the fried jales and truffle onions were perfectly balanced to get through the triple smash smeats. Could’ve gotten away with a double stack rather than triple for a bit more of a manageable meal but all in all it was tidy.

stomach wasn't feeling great this morning so what better way to fix it than a triple beef cheese bonanza?! truffled caramelised onions had a great flavour and that parmesan special sauce was fantastic. beef was done perfectly as usual from BL and the 3 different cheeses all worked well. fried jalapenos were awesome too. i thought I'd had these before but I can't remember anything this good being a pretty big burger, dryness was always going to be an issue. around the edges, this burger was great - 4.5. the middle 1/2 took a bit of time to get to and was pretty dry by the end. still, hefty, but tasty burger also got loaded fries that haf mozzarella sticks so I really hit the cheese hard today.

Classic for a reason, addition of chicken is a winner

BLs awesome deep fried mozzarella was awesome in sticks instead of a patty. Really enjoyed the tang and spice that the chilli maple aioli + sweet n spicy pickles gave this. Maple bacon jam hits home good too, solid burg

first new BL special fit the year and its a good start. lots of really good components: maple bacon jam fried mozzarella sticks sweet and spicy pickles all add up to a really flavoursome burger. I'm not a big fan of double beef and here, the extra meatiness drowned out some of the excellent flavours. this would be a 4.9 from me with a single patty.
