This burger was bomb. A classic and a good one. The meat, the sauce, the bun, the salad. All amazing. But then pickles! Love! This new place in Marrickville really pulled some power plays in the burger game, but what really sold me at this joint was their birria tacos! Damn! That shit was fire!

The knuckles sandwich has slaw not lettuce but it’s delicious! The brisket falls apart in your mouth. I added sambal from the bar for a bit of a kick and it was amazing. Will definitely order again. Solid pub grub

Not a bad burg but I’ve definitely had better. A decent pub burg. Chips are great with rosemary salt

I really like this burger though I find it super oily and a little too much char on the smashed patty. It sits heavy after eating it. Tastes great though!!

It’s a pretty decent buttermilk chicken burger. The chicken is juicy and tender, the seasoning is absolutely delicious and the fillet is twice the size of the bun! I had to eat hal of it on its own before even getting to the burger! Slaw and pickles add a nice amount of acidity and the chipotle mayo is Smokey, and creamy. All in all not a bad bird

Maaaaate. The burgers here are phenomenal and the chips are some of the best I’ve ever eaten. No to mention the succulent and huuuuuge serving of popcorn chicken. Sorry, back to the burger. What a STAR! Perfectly seasoned pattie, perfectly soft bun, you can literally smell the quality of the pickles as you raise the burg to your mouth for that first bite! Everything on this was delicious from start to finish, and all chased down with a few schooies of stockades finest beers.

Now to be fair, even though I ordered the vegetarian burger, I technically did not have the vegetarian burger. I asked them to swap the corn fritters out for a beef patty! It was delicious! Patty was thick, juicy and well seasoned. Cheese was melty goodness blending beautifully with the sauces. Crisp salad and omg! What a soft as a cloud, milk bun!
