🍗Fried Buffalo Chicken 🥫Black Truffle Buffalo Sauce 🍄Truffle Ranch Sauce 🥬Celeriac Crisps 🥗Savoury Slaw 🍄Included fresh shaved truffle for extra $6. Well, how to rate this? As a "truffle" burger? Didn't hit the spot. As a buffalo chicken burger? That would be a high 4 rating. The celeriac crisps were really nice but lose their crunch very fast and that texture quickly vanished from the bite. The buffalo sauce was very overpowering, it's an amazing sauce but the strength of the flavour drowns out everything else. Wouldn't recommend paying for added shaved truffle for this, it's a really cool concept to bring such a fine dining type ingredient to the burger game as an affordable entry level experience but the burger is just way too wet and the flavour profiles of hot sauce just don't allow it to shine. As always top tier chicken from BL.

Making the effort to go out and support my locals in these crazy times. Always love Loaded by BL, went for the new special. It was nice, just not my thing. The quality of ingredients is always a 5/5(especially their patties+fries in a burg) but there was just too much going on here without any strong flavour leading the way. Enjoyed it but wouldn't rate it in the 4+ category. Remember guys if you can order over the phone or at the counter it's going to do a lot more help than using third party delivery apps that take huge cuts.

Redfern never tasted so good. Needed a comfort burg after having my beard butchered off by some knob and Suburbgia was the go because I wanted to try their corn ribs(best side I've ever had). I'm a lover of pineapple(yeah even on pizza fight me) so I was overwhelmed with burger options that came with pineapple. We go to the cafe opening of Suburbgia pretty regularly so I knew I was in for a quality feast. Chicken is on point, juicy lucy. The honey aspect is an interesting flavour to bring in with there already being some sweetness from the pineapple but it wasn't too much - I'd love to try this burger with some hot sauce instead now that i think about it. Anyway, everything was quality as expected. Between Suburbgia at night and Shoe Chef by day I can't pick what I prefer more. One of the best establishments in the inner west, if not my favourite entirely. But yeah go there and try the corn ribs I wish I could post those.

🍗🌶 EXTRA HOT Nashville Sando 🌶🍗 Can always count on Brades for a good tasting burger, that's for sure. Was out in the area and knew I had to take the opportunity to hit up an old favourite. Saw their post on Insta about the extra heat available on the Nash and as a spicy boi I had to give it a red hot crack. Great flavours, superb chicken(like really damn good cook on the chicken). Loved the pickle, the sauce and the heat was a delicious sting. Easy for myself if I do say so(come at me with some extra hot burgers people, ill take you all on) but could definitey see it giving you the ring stinger if you're as white as our parliament. Shout out to their loaded fries, one of the best I've had since 4 Ounces went down the drain. Great amount of jalapeños, great house sauce and they have tapatio on hand for that extra kick. Lacklustre photo that doesn't do it justice but I was too hungry to pretend I have more than 3 followers on Instagram. Low key makes me proud seeing how far Clint and his crew have some since the burger truck at North Sydney.

Steamed hams? At this time of year, at this time of day, in this country, localised entirely within the Down 'n' Out kitchen? 🍔💨 STEAMED HAMS 💨🍔 🐄 Double Smashed Wagyu Patties 🧀 American Cheese Sauce 🥫 "Patented" Skinner Sauce (family recipe) 🥒 American Pickles 🌌 Aurora Borealis Went back to DnO after a let down experience with the Baconator because who can pass up a good Simpsons meme? First time I've had a burger from DnO with them doing smashed patties. Overall it's a tasty, liquidy hot wet mess. The cheese sauce is flavourful, the strongest flavour besides the beef here. Can't say much about the Skinner sauce as it seems to just blend in to the liquid cheese but nonetheless the result in the end is delicious. Only thing I'd alter is maybe a dab of ketchup somewhere for a kick of sweetness and to cleanse the palette a little as the cheese can become a little overwhelming when you're scoffing it down before your palms are covered in cheese but then again that would probably just complete this thing being a double cheeseburger so maybe not. Raw onion added a good crunch. DnO pickles are my favourite so that's a no brainer. The smashed patties are good. Always had good beef game here and they took it to another level getting their smash on. It's a cheesy cheeseburger without the ketchup at the end of the day. Solid feed though with the double patty. Didn't get my scratchie though was kind of looking forward to that. Photo is a bit weak but it was hard to hold this messy bugger up.

Where's the bacon? 🥺 Hurts to do this, DNO is one of my favourites but this was just lacking in every corner. The missus loves bacon, she was so excited when this special popped up and we decided to make the trip to the Ryde destination over our regular CBD visit due to cold and wanting to drive. Don't get me wrong, if this was just a cheeseburger with bacon on it I'd give it a 4+ but given it's a special pushing that bacon flavour in every element it was just really underwhelming. The southern fried bacon just doesn't work, doesn't add anything texture wise where as I was expecting a crunch of sorts. The tomato/'bacon' relish was the best aspect to this burger. Wouldn't mind it over a regular ketchup but that's probably the only positive I can find in terms of the special. We actually had to wait quite a while for our food too which may have influence on my disappointment here but I try to be partial to service and rate on flavour alone. Good burger, not a special though sadly. Just a cheeseburger with some bacon on it.

I think I found my one true King. It's been a while, almost a year since I had a burger. Went all healthy and all that rubbish to make sure I don't peel over anytime soon. Good news is I'm back to burgers... once a week or fortnight. Decided to hit up Happy Ending up at Concord as my birthday burg, couldn't have bene happier. How to describe this thing? It's such a unique explosion of flavours, gives me throwbacks somehow to the McGriddle on the breakfast menu at Maccas in the States. I would also like to take a moment to appreciate a place that offers Maple Bacon that ACTUALLY delivers on that maple flavour aspect, like hot damn you don't know how much you've been lied to until you really get some good quality stuff that would make any Canadian shed a tear of joy. Added the chicken thigh on after looking at a few reviews here and definitely don't regret it. My first burger in all these years where I've mixed chicken and beef and it was much more pleasant than I anticipated. Missus ordered a regular cheeseburger type of thing like a scaredy cat but the beef here is top notch. Also great value with their combo being $4.50 for a can of soda and a nice serving of shoestringers. Glad to be back fellas, missed you burger devouring delinquents.

🇯🇵 McDonald’s Japan 🇯🇵 👑 The Grand Club House 👑 Beef Patty Cheese Bacon Lettuce Tomato Creamy Sauce All wrapped up in that bun you know too well Have tried this, a Big Mac and a Whopper from Burger King so far when trying to escape the million ramen dishes coming my way. Must say it’s not half bad, still just a fast food burger but they seem to care about what they present you with so it doesn’t come looking like it just came out of the production line as if it were Tokyo Drift. Looking for a proper burger at some point during the next month to see how they compare.
