The Katsu Chicken is phenomenal here, fantastic coating and flavour and with 2 of them between soft buns who could complain! Loaded with generous amounts of sauce and Poutine and getting it flamed is definitely the way to go if you can handle the heat. Though dare i say it, it could have been even spicer, can't get enough of those pickled Jalapenos. Definitely give this special a crack with or without the flamed hack.
