Had this pre-christmas and it was bloody tasty. A unique take on BLās signature āBlame Canadaā burger but with more added condiments. Getting to the point the burger packed a lot of flavours, the savoury and saltiness from the combination of fries and turkey gravy which had little chunks in it btw (interesting). The sweetness from the cranberry sauce was also refreshing and contrasted a great balance against the saltiness. The standout though for me was the maple mustard bacon, which was both crispy and delivered both sweet and more savoury notes in each bite. The beef was cooked perfectly as usual, the poutine was also pretty good bringing a nice chew from those great little cheese curds as well as the red cheddar cheese they used being tasty. Finally the addition of the pig in the bacon was cute, a bit gimmicky though overall an admirable burger and a nice way to end 2020ās crazy burger run.

Starting with the pig in blanket topper - it was average. Much like the bacon inside the burger, the topper was tough and chewy, so neither of these elements really added much to the burger. The smashed beef patty was juicy and perfectly cooked, matching well with the double red cheddar. The cranberry sauce added a delicious sweetness without overpowering the other elements, and the turkey gravy and poutine complimented the meaty flavours. The chips stayed crispy, adding much-appreciated texture to the burger, and the bun was soft and fluffy as always. Overall, a very well balanced and delicious burger, with both the sweet and salty elements that we love!

Saw special_sauce recommend chicken. Was thinking the same before due to the turkey gravy and cranberry sauce which I thought would better suit chook. This was better than the beef as I feel like the flavours were more distinguishable but the chicken was a bit over and tough which took away from the experience. Also this burg had more curds and goes to show that the ratios of the components can make a difference in taste too. This thing was massive
