BIG STICK ENERGY

A very good burger, lots a distinctive flavours that pack a lot of punch, though this burger was way to spicy for me. Just to get major complaint out of the way as the chilli maple aioli was so spicy I could really taste any of the other amazing ingredients. Anyway the ingredients used were truely amazing those mozzarella sticks were to die for they were so good, crunchy, cheesey and greatly seasoned. The beef was cooked to perfection, spectacular seasoned. Nicely melted cheese and with that maple bacon jam brought a very pleasing sweetness to the burger. Finally those spicy pickles were also great, a nice rich and tangy bite which also packed a bit of a kick. Overall this could of been a spectacular burger but the spice levels of the were to much for liking which lead to me not being able to taste much of the ingredients including the beef.

This looks so sad but it was SUCH A GOOD BURGER 🍔🔥😍🥰 I halved it though; and the mozzarella sticks were sold out so had a mozzarella patty instead. Chilli maple aioli is the 🐐 of all sauces FYI
