Spicy Bird

Flipp was quiet on a busy Saturday afternoon, not a good sign for it's longevity. Wish more people could discover their chicken burgers, this one had the crunchy-coated goodness, smack-bang with a chilli-jam sauce that I wish had more kick. It's no butter chicken (ha!) but for food court fare, it's a step above.

By the way, the Liverpool store closed, only Parramatta remains. I had a voucher where you get a free baby cheese with any burger. So I went for the Spicy Bird. First time trying their chicken burger and I was impressed. Crunchy as and had a nice spice kick. Don't know if it was the sauce or chicken coating, maybe both, but it was enjoyable.I wish I had another one haha.

🌶️🌶️🌶️ SPICY BIRD 🌶️🌶️🌶️ 🐔 Crispy Battered Breast 🧀 American Cheese 💦 Spicy Sauce 🌶️ Jalapenos 🥗 Lettuce If you happen to be at Westfield Parra, it's definitely worth giving the chicken burg a crack. A surprisingly very tasty and bursting with flavours crunchy coating, succulent breast piece but very small though which is the only real downside but it's only $9.90 so definitely worth doubling it up. Cheese melt by default because the chicken was pipping hot and it's not the thickest slice of cheese. Delicious spicy sauce but alittle runny, definitely spicy but don't be expecting real heat. Good amount of Jalapenos and all on a nice soft milkbun.

Basically same review as the phoenix but less freshness and different sauce.
