This is a fairly regular burger for me but first time throwing onion rings on there and it really went well, add to that the fact the patties were cooked beautifully and it was my best Apollo cheese yet

This weeks special from @blburgers is EPIC Those deep fried Jalapenos were beyond amazing and the truffled caramlised onion along with the parmesan special sauce, 3 kinds of cheese (American, Swiss and Red Cheddar) and Triple BLs always awesome beef patties make for one giant sensational feed

added a beef patty instead of bacon today. still very good but better suited to bacon

Double patties, double cheese, bacon jam, deep fried mozzarella sticks, chilli maple aioli and sweet and spice pickles all come together to make this absolute monster. Bl are back with a vengeance for their first special of 2021. Also gonna be hard to top that for burger name of the year 🤣

Doubled up patties, added bacon and jalapenos. another quality feed from BA but I forgot the Easy E doesn't come with cheese. definitely could have done with cheese in between those double patties

Last couple of times I've had butter i always thought to myself its great but would be better with some kind of spice and bacon so when I saw they started doing a spicy version I was keen to try it. You can opt for different levels of hot sauce, I went for the fore hot sauce, I believe thilere is one sauce that is spicier and id go that next time for sure, was spicy but nothing crazy and the sauce had sweetness to it as well. Added bacon cost 5 dollars so I was expecting a tonne of it but there was a tiny piece and it was pretty chewy and it let the burger down overall, definitely not the greatest bacon I have ever had

I honestly can't get enough of this burger. every ingredient and sauce on it goes so damn well together and when u add jalapenos and bacon into the mix its amazing.

Double Apollo cheese with added bacon and Jalapenos. added some of their sriracha mayo in as well. Very solid double cheesey
