This was probably a perfect mix of sweet and savoury. The red currant and caramelised onion jelly gives the this beautiful sweet notes that compliments the beautiful moist and tender beef patty umaminess. This harmony is persisted in the beautiful mix of maple bacon and shoestring fries as well. The flavour is finally rounded by the crunchy peanut butter.

Have tried a few of the Mister Gee creations but alas this one did not hit the mark. I guess the biggest let down was the bun, seemed dry and crumbly unlike the soft pillowy bun that I’ve come to expect

The best chicken sando I’ve had .TBH I didn’t get an opportunity to have much of this as my wife polished it off , but from what I could sample this was amazing. The hit of chilli interspersed with with some sweet rub on a juicy chicken is like a beautiful symphony of flavours exploding in your mouth at every bite. I found the chips tad over seasoned but is great with the sando. Driving 20k the try this was well worth it
