Canuck 2.0 The new patties are absolutely beautiful and were cooked to pink Juicy perfection. Maple bacon jam came through as expected for the Canuck and the gravy and curds rounded out the flavours. Burger held together so well despite being packed -those BH buns 👌🏾

Saw special_sauce recommend chicken. Was thinking the same before due to the turkey gravy and cranberry sauce which I thought would better suit chook. This was better than the beef as I feel like the flavours were more distinguishable but the chicken was a bit over and tough which took away from the experience. Also this burg had more curds and goes to show that the ratios of the components can make a difference in taste too. This thing was massive

Reminiscent of the OG Blame but tasted less sweet due to the interplay of extra ingredients. Still a tasty burg but would’ve liked the sweetness to come through more as I felt like it was lost

Just look at the photo to see how well this held up. Impressive given that the Blame isn’t a burg you should takeaway Given I’m always on the BL specials and it’s been a bloody long time since my last Blame, this one hit different 😊

Unfortunately this one didn’t hold up as well as it was a bit over with the bacon but the mushrooms and truffle aioli carried this. I added a bit of Truff from the fridge and that helped washed it down

Its the chilli jam and black garlic aioli for me! Even as a takeaway this is one of the few chicken burgs that still holds up well

Hello tbc had a little hiatus as I was dieting for summer but I’m done with dieting and fucking back on the burgs and going hard. Loaded pumped out four burgs for me in less than 12 min which is pretty impressive for how good these were. Could only fault the bacon on one burg of the four so that says a lot Woke up the next day a little fluffier after smashing these four but I’m happy just maintaining my physique atm so am more relaxed about it
