Burger Grand Master II

argued with heshy about whether a Mozza patty should go on top of double beef or inbetween. he clearly won - and I'll forgive him because it was bloody good. I often forget these guys, I don't linger in the city for long and parking is a nightmare but they're still the OG juggernaught. I wonder if five guys or wahlburgers try doing a Poutine burger 😅

this is completely gluten free. don't believe it? Buhhhlieve it. Sydney's best gluten free bun from a local artisanal supplier. GF fried chicken thigh. streak bacon. smashed beef. Holy Trinity burgers are always good - this one's even better! tell Me a venue with better GF options.....I'll wait.

was onto my third lunch after just polishing off a rib-eye with Joeyburgered Ross_Kemp_on_Burgers and Kieran and couldn't help but support the legends at Harts. I knew I couldn't give the challenge a real crack but at $45 I didn't wanna be that guy who doesn't even try. so I gave it a 10min blitz. got through the burger sans top bun and half the loaded fries. pulled up stumps. the burgers are good but, probably the best in the rocks areas IMO!

a tribute to Tripp. saw they did a stacked motz style with a scoop of chili - looked banger and we all know Wingmill has the best motz and chili in town! smash was cracker. cheese melt gewd. potato rolls are bae. happy to eat these daily. like every day. twice a day.

Take it or leave it, beetroot like pineapple will polarise some. usually I'd say no but the sweetness in this Brgr Brgr does work. top notch beef smashy, Caramelised onions, fresh salad and juicy beetroot. cracker burger and the best in Artarmon by a country mile.

maaaaaate. talk about a Chubb. I added beef and chopped brisket - switched caramelised onions for raw and this was the best burger I've ever eaten at Chubbs! parked alongside it and out of frame was also the best beef rib I've had from them. Stars aligned. amazing what a few weeks of lockdown to think about life can do 😂 not convenient for me to visit but bloody glad I did!

look these guys are new, they are operating as a ghost kitchen at night in Ingleburn and I've had some up and down burgers but this thing was pretty bloody good. beef cooked well, salad fresh, buns made in house by their team. great value at $10 for standard burgers too! hope they open up more location soon.
