This was one of my favourites burgers during my latest trip to the states. Was a hot tip from Alvin_Cailan to check out before Burgers Never Say Die. It’s a butcher all week, but on the weekends they set up a flat top out front and minimise waste of meat by creating patties from excess (no 2 weeks will be the same blend of beef) Relatively cheap and super fast, the guy on the grills in a one man band, toasting buns, flipping patties, and garnishing up to 20 at a time (beast!) The beef was high quality, cooked really well at a high heat to give a nice crust. Good bit of cheese and the classic ketchup mustard combo to go with it. They do offer pickles and diced white onion for any purists. At $6 (maybe $8 AUD) at the time, I was very impressed by this burger. Highly recommend to anyone around the Hollywood/Melrose area.
